This specialized multi-day course takes participants into authentic local dojos across the island to learn the foundational techniques, philosophy, and history of Okinawa's four main styles: Shorin-ryu (linear, quick movements), Goju-ryu (hard-soft breathing & close-quarters striking), Uechi-ryu (half-hard, half-soft Fujian kung fu roots & body conditioning), and Ryukyu Kobudo (traditional weapons arts like Bo, Sai, and Nunchaku).
